It's true that texting and driving is a negligent act that the driver did which caused my sister to get into an accident as a pedestrian. I've heard that she suffered major injuries when she got ran over, so I'll hire an attorney to pursue the assailant. This will make sure that she's going to get medical compensation for the negligence that the driver did.
