In situations where someone is killed while riding a motorcycle because of the negligence of another party, a wrongful death suit may be an option. Monies from these kinds of personal injury lawsuits can help the victim’s family deal with substantial medical bills and unexpected burial expenses, and family members may also be awarded compensation for loss of companionship.
